I went to validify the horrific stories we've been hearing about oceania, but I've uncovered a whole new dimension of living. The stench of rotten cabbage follows me everywhere I go. And so do the eyes and ears of the Party. The whole day I've been searching for any signs of a revolution or even any sign of revolutionary thinking. But to no avail.
For the time being, I have decided to follow a man who goes by the name Syme. He seams to be redilly involved with the Party's politics, and I might just be able to learn something from him.
